Living Room
A large and bright living space featuring a double sofa bed, armchair, small sofa, coffee table and television, with direct access to the terrace.
A large dining table seating up to eight guests and a beautiful antique sideboard are available for storing wines, spirits and other items.
It is the perfect space to relax after a day at the beach, watch a film or enjoy dinner together.
Bedrooms
The first bedroom features a double bed, an open wardrobe, a beautiful antique chest of drawers with drop-front writing surface and an antique dressing table.
The second bedroom, with direct access to the terrace, offers a double bed and a charming boat-shaped single bed, ideal for a child. It also includes an inlaid chest of drawers and a practical open wardrobe.
Both bedrooms are spacious, carefully furnished and served by the walk-in wardrobe located in the hallway (see below).
Kitchen-Diner
A spacious and functional contemporary kitchen, fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer and ample cupboard and drawer space.

- The terrace should be used considerately, particularly during the evening hours, avoiding excessive noise.
- Smoking is permitted only outdoors. Guests are kindly asked to use the ashtrays provided and not to dispose of cigarette ends elsewhere.
