Chiavari occupies a privileged position in the heart of the Gulf of Tigullio. Located exactly in the center of the gulf, it is just a few kilometers from Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure, Rapallo, and the small and charming Zoagli; on the eastern side, it is very close to Lavagna, Cavi Borgo, and Sestri Levante.

One of the reasons to choose Chiavari as a destination is its truly strategic location: the city is located in the geographical center of the Gulf of Tigullio, in a position that allows easy access to some of the most beautiful places in Liguria without having to face long travels.

If you only have two days to visit Chiavari, our advice is not to try to rush. Chiavari is not a city to "check off" from a list of places to see, but a place to be appreciated by strolling, stopping, observing the details, and experiencing its spaces.
